For mistake,if we send wrong shoes to our buyer, pleas take a pic for wrong goods and send by email to us,we will pay $5 per pair for them by next order.

4. When and how can I check on my order status?
Normaly, after 3 days you can trace your package(s).
We will send you a tracking number as soon as we have it.

5. How long will it take to receive the products i order?
It usually takes 5-7 business days to deliver your products. Sometimes, the products are delivered faster.

It is very easy done. Firstly, you email us the item id and size listing that you want, we will reply you with the price for each item and total price including shipping cost. Secondly, If you agree, we will give you our account for payment. Thirdly, after you finish the payment, please email us your full name, shipping address, postal code. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we will send out your package and email you the tracking number asap.

For minimum quantities, you can order starting from 1 pair or piece.

10. How can i find the price of your items on the website ?
Sorry, the prices vary a lot depending on the quantity you order. It means the more quantity you order, the more discounts you will get. We often offer the price including shipping cost. So it has something to do with the countries you are from,too. If you want to inquire the price, please make a list of items id and size that you are interested and send to our email box.
